|NELS 51 Proceedings Guidelines January 2021
As we have every year since 1981, GLSA Publications
will be publishing the proceedings of NELS 51. We are now ready to accept submissions.
Style Sheets and Deadline
The deadline for submissions is May 7th, 2021, 11:59PM EST.
Please let us know by February 5th, 2021 whether you are planning to submit.
The maximum lengths for submissions are defined as follows:
Invited talk: 20 pages,
Paper presentation (including special sessions): 14 pages,
Flash talk: 10 pages.
You will find the style sheets for LaTeX and Microsoft Word below. We really do encourage the use of LaTeX. Word users, please note that we will not be accepting any file format other than '.docx'.
LaTeX users (.zip)
Word users (.docx)
After extracting the contents of 'nels51latex.zip' you will find several files. The file 'nels51style.tex' was used to compile the PDF version of the styleguide and 'nels51style.bib' is the corresponding BibTeX file. Modify and use them as templates for your submission. The remaining document class (.cls) and bibliography style (.bst) files should not be modified but appropriately mentioned within your .tex file.
To submit, attach the source file and a PDF version of your document, as well as all files necessary to compile it (.bib file, figures, etc.) and send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please modify and use the 'nels51style.docx' as a template for your submission.
As always, we look forward to hearing from you. If you have questions or need further information, feel free to send us a new email at email@example.com with the subject line "NELS 51 - [last name]". It is our goal to help make this process as smooth as possible for you.
